Anudeep Sanghera is the Head of the Divorce and Family Law Department at Greenwich Solicitors and a Solicitor Advocate with Higher Rights of Audience (2019). With over 8 years of legal experience and a strong track record in litigation across Family, Civil, Immigration Law and Judicial Review, Anudeep is widely recognised for her persuasive advocacy, meticulous preparation, and unwavering client focus.

After earning a BSc in Biomedical Science and an MSc in Biotechnology, Anudeep transitioned into law—completing her Graduate Diploma in Law (2014), Legal Practice Course (2015), and Professional Skills Course (2019). She qualified as a solicitor in 2019 and was granted Higher Rights of Audience the same year, enabling her to represent clients at all levels of the civil and criminal courts.

In her role at Greenwich Solicitors, Anudeep manages a full spectrum of family law matters, including high-value financial settlements, complex children disputes, domestic abuse injunctions, prohibited steps orders, pre-nuptial and cohabitation agreements. She is particularly skilled in culturally nuanced cases involving South Asian family dynamics and has earned distinction for her success in proving parental alienation in a contested child contact case in 2024.

In the immigration arena, Anudeep advises on all aspects of Family and Private Life applications, Long Residence, Entry Clearance, Spouse Visas, and Nationality law. She has successfully challenged numerous Home Office refusals, regularly acting in Judicial Review proceedings and conducting appeals in the Upper Tribunal and Court of Appeal, often in complex and high-stakes cases involving vulnerable applicants and long-established family lives in the UK.

Anudeep also represents clients in civil matters including landlord possession claims and driving offences, where she has successfully defended and mitigated in Magistrates’ and County Courts.
