Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA)
- ⇢ Single LPA (Property & Financial Affairs OR Health & Welfare): £750 + VAT
- ⇢ Both LPAs for one person: £1200 + VAT
- ⇢ Both LPAs for a couple: £1,500 + VAT
Disbursements
- ⇢ Office of the Public Guardian (OPG) registration fee: £82 per LPA

- ⇢ Guidance on choosing attorneys and replacement attorneys

Timescales
